1. Service Description

ChatSticker AI provides an AI-powered tool for generating custom chat stickers for Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp. The service includes text-to-sticker generation, image upload and conversion, background removal, and platform-specific formatting.

2. Account Registration

You may use the service without an account (with limited quota). To access additional features, you must register with a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Usage Quota & Plans

• Free (Anonymous): 2 sticker generations without signing up
• Free (Registered): 5 sticker generations per day
• Pro ($4.99/month): Unlimited sticker generations

We reserve the right to adjust quotas and pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate stickers depicting illegal content
• Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Generate hateful, abusive, or harassing content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the stickers you generate. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to display your stickers in example galleries (anonymously). We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

The ChatSticker AI brand, logo, and service design are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Stickers are generated by AI based on your prompts. We do not guarantee specific results. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated stickers before use.

7. Payments & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us at the email below.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatSticker AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the service and make purchases.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
